LifeSteps Training exists to empower men and women though life skills and job skills training in a Christian context.

LifeSteps Training is an entity of Neighbor to Neighbor Outreach, which provides food, clothing, and information and referrals to families in need.  

LifeSteps operates as a Christian faith-based, volunteer staffed, community supported organization.                                          

Our Goals

 The key goals of LifeSteps are to assist men and women in breaking the cycle of poverty by helping them gain skills for life and employment including:  Self-sufficiency; self-respect; self-worth; hope; improved life skills; and personal spiritual development.

 In order to accomplish these goals LifeSteps offers life and job skills training, computer technology training, mentoring, and alumni follow-up.
